Role
E-commerce Developer & Digital Strategy Implementation
Rooted Broth knew their product quality was exceptional, but reaching the right customers was the challenge. I built the digital infrastructure to support StudioGen's repositioning strategy, creating both DTC and B2B capabilities that opened new revenue channels.
Rooted Broth had a strong product but struggled with market positioning and distribution. They needed to simultaneously pursue retail partnerships and direct-to-consumer sales, requiring different digital approaches for each channel while maintaining brand consistency.
I developed a comprehensive e-commerce platform that could serve both DTC customers and retail buyers. The site featured dual pathways - a consumer-focused shopping experience and a trade section for retailers. I also implemented the digital marketing infrastructure to support StudioGen's new positioning strategy.
